We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a group of employees in a specific department or business unit. Your primary objective will be to ensure the team's success by providing support, guidance, and mentorship to team members. You will work closely with the management team to implement strategies, achieve goals, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.


Chick-fil-A Campus Circle is located in Tallahassee, Florida, less than 5 minutes from Florida State’s Doak Campbell Stadium!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and motivate team members to achieve performance targets, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
2. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and mentoring to team members, fostering their personal and professional development.
3. Set clear expectations and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
4. Coordinate and delegate tasks, ensuring a balanced workload and efficient utilization of resources within the team.
5. Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate corrective measures.
6. Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to promote effective cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
8. Serve as a point of contact for team members, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
9. Develop and implement strategies to optimize team efficiency, productivity, and performance.
10. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, evaluating candidates and making recommendations for team expansion as required.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and impart relevant knowledge and skills to team members.

1. Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in a similar industry or department.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
3. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments.
6. Sound knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and experience in driving performance improvements.
7. Proficient in using relevant software and tools to analyze team performance and make data-driven decisions.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, although equivalent work experience will also be considered.
